This usually comes from deep, unhelpful beliefs like “I’m a failure,” “I’m not good enough,” or “I’m just too much.” The problem with these beliefs is that they don’t always change with traditional therapy. That’s where I come in with a different approach.
Schema Therapy helps you manage your emotions, express yourself in ways others understand, and build healthy relationships with yourself and others. When my clients finish therapy, they feel in control of their lives instead of feeling like life is controlling them.
