If you’ve done therapy before and it didn’t lead to lasting change, it’s often because the deeper roots of those problems weren’t fully addressed.

I specialize in Schema Therapy, an approach that goes beyond surface-level coping skills. Together, we identify and change the long-standing beliefs and emotional patterns that keep repeating. We’ll work on recognizing these patterns as they happen and practice responding differently, so change shows up in your day-to-day life and not just a therapy session. Clients often tell me this work helps things finally “click” in a way it hasn’t before.
